These terms govern your use of Dreamexch, our website and our app. By registering or placing a bet, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account and place any bet. You must be legally allowed to bet where you live, and it is your responsibility to know the rules that apply to you. We may ask you to verify your identity and age at any time.

2. Your account

You may hold one account. Give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date. Your login is yours alone - do not share it, and tell us at once if you think someone else has reached your account. You are responsible for all activity under your login.

3. How the exchange works

Dreamexch is a betting exchange. We match your bet against another trader who takes the opposite side. When you back a selection, you bet on it to happen. When you lay a selection, you bet on it not to happen and take on a liability. A bet is only live once it is matched. Unmatched bets carry no liability and can be cancelled while the market is open.

4. Commission

We charge a small commission on your net winnings on a market. Commission is never charged on your stake or on losing bets. The rate that applies to your account is shown on the platform. We may change the rate from time to time, and any change will apply to bets placed after it takes effect.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are in Indian Rupees through UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Net Banking and IMPS. We may set minimum and maximum limits and may ask for verification before releasing funds. Withdrawals are returned to a payment method in your own name.

6. Settlement of markets

Markets settle on the official result. If a match is abandoned, tied or void under the rules of the market, bets are settled or voided accordingly. If an obvious error is made in a price or result, we may correct or void affected bets. Our settlement decision, applied fairly and consistently, is final.

7. Fair use

Do not use bots, collude with other traders, exploit software faults, or use the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose. If we find such activity, we may suspend or close your account, void affected bets and withhold funds linked to the breach.

8. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, provides false information, or is used by someone under 18. You can close your own account at any time by contacting us. Any balance you are entitled to will be returned after checks are complete.

9. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be free of faults or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, including network outages, device problems or errors in third-party data.

10. Responsible gaming

Betting carries financial risk and is not a source of income. Set your own deposit and loss limits, take breaks, and stop if it is no longer fun. See our responsible gaming page for the tools available and where to get help.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Dreamexch after a change means you accept the updated terms.
